Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Seven Heavens London cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply.
