Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Clothing items may be returned within [14] days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
